Mr. Sunil Kumar Mehta is a highly experienced entrepreneur with over 40 years of industry expertise. He was one of the core distributors in establishing Haldiram’s as a brand in Bengaluru. He is the Founder and Chairman of Gauratan Farms, leading the organization with vision, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence. Mr. Mehta is also the owner of Sunil Mehta Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and SK Flora, successfully managing diverse business interests across sectors. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduate, he brings strong commercial insight and strategic acumen to his ventures. His leadership is deeply rooted in practical experience and a thorough understanding of market dynamics. Over the years, he has built businesses known for trust, consistency, and long-term value creation, with a continued focus on sustainable growth.
About Director
Ms. Prerana Mehta is a results-driven professional with 7 years of experience across corporate and business environments. She has worked with Deloitte and Sunil Mehta Marketing, gaining strong exposure to strategy and operations. She holds a B. Tech degree and an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore. Prerana Mehta serves as a Director at Gauratan Farms, contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives. She brings a modern, analytical, and leadership-focused approach to the organization.

Prashanth Srinivasa Murthy, fondly known as (P.S.M) is a Real Estate and Hospitality professional having 30 years versatile experience heading multiple functions/departments managing functions like Business Development/Sales/Marketing/CRM verticals in many organizations like Sobha/RMZ Corp/Shapoorji Pallonji as Vice President & as CEO of MVN Group.
PSM has a Degree with MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis- Pune with Airlines management, Hotel management Diploma.
